In conjunction with my good friends at Siteimprove, I will be teaching a webinar on Website Redesign Done Right – The First Time.  The webinar will take place on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 12:00 pm CDT.

Over the course of the last 20 years I have been involved with hundreds of web redesign projects both large and small.  During the webinar I am going to share the many lessons I’ve learned and provide advice and guidance on making your next redesign project a success.  When I am involved with a web redesign project, one of my goals is to never have to do it again.  While changing technology and changing business goals can make this wishful thinking, it is possible to reduce the frequency of redesigns with proper planning. I am also a proponent of user center design (UCD).  There are a number of UCD methodologies that can be employed at all stages of a redesign project that will not only improve the end result but also save time and aggravation.

Registration for the webinar is available on the Siteimprove website. I hope you can join me next week for this informative session.
